Pee Wee

Hello! My name is Gary Duvall and I am excited to be the Head Coach for the Pee Wee Football team for the 2024-2025 season. To begin I wanted to share some brief information about myself as a coach. I have had previous head football coaching experience at the middle school level along with assistant coaching experience at the high school level. As my kids have become involved with youth sports, I have looked to help out when possible as I know that finding volunteers is a hard task.  I was fortunate to be the Head Coach of the Mighty Mites and PeeWees and I have come to appreciate all of the people that make the Panther Youth football organization a special place to be a part of. I look forward to taking on the task of mentoring and teaching this group of young men to be steadfast in their pursuit of success on and off the field as high character individuals. I appreciate your support in advance this season as our coaches teach the essential building blocks of how to become better players. Thanks again for allowing your child to be a part of this season and as always Go Panthers!!

Mini

Hey there, I'm Justin Marsan, and I'm currently the minis head coach for the '24-'25 season. My coaching journey kicked off back in the good old high school days when I had the fantastic experience of leading a pop-warner team all the way to the Super Bowl. It was a game-changer, sparking this desire to give back and share my genuine love for the sport.

Fast forward to my college years at Merrimack, where I laced up my boots as both a Strong Safety and a Punter on the football field. The seeds of my deep-rooted passion for football were sown early, thanks to some phenomenal coaches who played a crucial role in nurturing that fiery love.

Now, as a coach, I'm all about instilling that same level of commitment and passion into the hearts and minds of my players. It's not just about the game; it's about fostering a love that goes beyond the field. The '24-'25 season has got me buzzing with excitement, and I'm looking forward to making it memorable with the minis. Here's to more touchdowns, victories, and unforgettable moments!

GO PANTHERS!

Mighty

Hello parents and Panthers! My name is Alberto Mederos, and I am excited to be the Head Coach for the Mighty Football team for the upcoming 2024-2025 season.

I would like to share some brief information about my coaching experience and myself. I am married to my wife (Leslie) and have three beautiful kids; Olivia (13), Owen, and William (10). I have always enjoyed playing football growing up and played at Clayton HS with tremendous success. I served in the military for 20 years and during that time continued to play and coach football.

In 2020, after I retired from the military, me and my family moved back to Clayton, N.C. and I started to become involved with youth sports. I have previously held Head Coach positions at GCAA soccer 1 season, I-9 Sports 4 seasons, Clayton Civitan 7V7 1 season, Assistant Coach Greater Cleveland Football Mighty’s 1 season, current team medic with Elite Youth Soccer Club / Travel 4 seasons, and Soldier to Sideline (NFL) coaching certified.

I have always had a passion to help and know it is hard to find volunteer support in today society. Last year I was privileged to be the Assistant Coach of the Mighty’s and really enjoyed working with the young men and hope to continue to build on the knowledge and love for the game. The people in the Panther Youth Football Organization are dedicated in developing, guiding, and mentoring the young men that come through the program.

I look forward to being a part of the program and teaching and mentoring the Mighty’s on and off the field and cannot wait to see what this season brings. I hope to get to know everyone better as we start some events soon and the coaches are looking forward to teaching and developing these young men in becoming better players on the field and in the classroom. Thank you again for allowing your child to be a part of this season!
